About Conference
Sustainable development is an urgent demand of the society. The civil engineering domain
has significant impacts on the environment. Indeed, it is reported in numerous studies that
the
civil engineering is responsible for several important problems such as the energy
consumption, the CO2 emission and the natural resource depletion. Achieving sustainable
development of infrastructure and its management is need of hour. The International
Conference on “Recent issues in Civil Engineering and Sustainable
Solutions”(RICESS2019) aims to raise the awareness of sustainability in every aspect of
